Brewing Instructions:
- Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil.
- Place 1 heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9oz of fluid volume in the teapot.
- Pour the boiling water into the teapot.
- Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes for desired strength.
Great Hot or Iced (steep for additional 3-5 minutes, strain the tea leaves and pour over ice). Add sweetener or lemon if desired.
